You will receive a confirmation email that includes a detailed breakdown of the project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We recognize that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel or modify your service request. Please review the details of our cancellation and refund policies:

Cancellations:

• To cancel a service, please contact your initial point of contact or at info@turfadvisory.com within 24 hours of signing the service agreement.

• Cancellations requested after this period may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of work completed up to that point.

Refunds:

• Refunds are available for services that have not yet commenced. To request a refund, please contact your initial point of contact within 7 days of payment.

• For services that have already started, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, considering the portion of work already delivered.

Non-refundable Services:

• Custom consultancy and advisory services that have commenced are generally non-refundable. These terms will be explicitly outlined during the service agreement process.
